This is a brand new wind-up alarm clock by Westclox. This is a Baby Ben, known to collectors as the "Style Ten".  Manufacturing of this style first began in the year 2000. Heavy metal base, metal bezel and glass lens. Brown dial, almond case. Separate winders for time and alarm, as well as separate setting stems. Alarm button shut-off on top.  Luminous hands and numbers. Imported.
