If you have any questions about any of the clocks on this website, please email us for the additional information. After selecting the "Buy Now" button you will be given additional  details, including the status of the inventory.  The possibilities are "Available", "On Back-order, you may still order" , or "Unavailable".    We make no guarantee that inventory status displayed on the website is accurate.

Backordered items normally ship in 7 to 14 days, but is not guaranteed.   If you have a question about the ordering process, a back-order item, or if you are having trouble ordering through the checkout process, we want to help.

SHOPPING CART PAYMENT OPTIONS

All orders are placed on Alarm Clocks Online using a shopping cart.  Simply go to the detail page that describes the clock you want and click   .    You will be taken to a page allowing you to choose options for your purchase and add the quantity you would like to purchase.  After clicking the "Add to Cart" button, you will be given the option to checkout or continue shopping.  If you decide to checkout, the totals, including shipping will be displayed on the next screen.

We request that you use the shopping cart to order all clocks.  Even if you are paying by check or an off-line credit card, the information gathered in the shopping cart process will alert us to reserve the product  for you, provide us with contact information and assign an order number for future reference.  All shipping charges will also be calculated and displayed on your confirmation page.  These are the four payment options available:

  • On-Line Credit Card- By selecting to pay by on-line credit card, all information needed for the

    transaction will be collected in the process.  You will instantly know when your order has been approved.

  • Paypal Account - When this method is selected in the shopping cart, you will be directed to

    the Paypal sign-in screen.  All information on items purchased, cost, and shipping will be

    transmitted to Paypal to complete the transaction.  If you have a current Paypal account, you

    can pay for the transaction through your account.  If you do not have a Paypal account and do

    not wish to open one, your credit card payment can still be processed through Paypal.   We

    will be notified of the payment and your item will be shipped. 

  • Mail Check  - When choosing to pay by check, simply choose "Mail Check" from the shopping cart drop-down menu. Submit the order and print out your confirmation page.  Include this page in the envelope.  Clocks will be shipped upon receipt of your payment.  Mail to:

  • Call Us Credit Card - This method allows you to place your order and telephone us with your credit card information, or mail the information to us at the address listed above.  Include a copy of your order confirmation when mailing your credit card information. 

  • Note: If you enter the credit card information in the shopping cart when selecting the "Call us with Credit Card" option, your credit card information will NOT be transmitted to us.  This payment method is open to US residents only.

AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED

Our goal is to ship all orders on the next business day or sooner, but this is not guaranteed.  We will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail (as you designate on the order form) unless you make other arrangements with us in advance.  For standard shipments within the United States, you should have your order within 2 or 3 days.  (During the holiday season, standard shipping method time may increase to 5-7 days.)  You will receive an email confirmation of your order, as well as a delivery confirmation number after shipment if a valid email address is provided.   No guarantee of shipping or delivery time is implied or guaranteed.
