Your Clock Warranty

It is our intent to provide our customers with the best available alarm clocks on the market.  Because we do not manufacture these clocks, we can only offer the warranty offered by the manufacturers.

Your remedies for warranty are in accordance with the written warranties received from the manufacturer with your clock.  (See our Return Policy below for more information). 

In general, these warranties are:

Westclox: One Year, limited warranty

Equity Time USA: One Year, limited warranty.

Bulova: One Year, limited warranty

SEIKO: One Year, limited warranty

Wehrle: One Year, limited warranty.  

Seth Thomas: One Year, limited warranty.

Clear Sounds:  One year, limited warranty.

American Innovative:  90 Day limited warranty.

Sunrise Creator: One Year, limited Warranty

Refurbished by the Alarm Clock Doc: We occasionally purchase new/old stock clocks that have no original manufacturer's warranty because these clocks are new, but generally are out of production.  If this is the case, the product description will specifically state that the clock is warranted by The Alarm Clock Doc.  You will receive a warranty certificate from the Alarm Clock Doc, with your purchase.  This policy also applies to our vintage clocks for sale.  All vintage clocks have a 90 day warranty unless otherwise stated in the clock description page.
